Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Ever Peptides collects when you use this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what's needed to fulfill orders and run the store, we don't sell your personal information, and every marketing message we send has an exit.
01What we collect
- Contact details — your email address, and your mobile number if you provide it (for example when unlocking a first-order discount or creating an account).
- Order information — your name, shipping address, order contents, and order history.
- Payment status — confirmation from our payment processor that a payment succeeded or failed. Full card details go directly to the processor; we never see or store them.
- Device and usage data — standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used for security and to keep the site working.
In the categories used by U.S. state privacy laws, the information above falls under identifiers (name, email, phone, shipping address), commercial information (orders and order history), and internet or network activity (device and usage logs). We do not collect sensitive personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
02How we use it
- To process and ship orders, send order confirmations and tracking, and handle returns and support requests.
- To maintain your account and, when connected, sign you in with one-time email codes.
- To send marketing messages where you've opted in (see section 03).
- To prevent fraud and abuse, verify eligibility (including our 21+ requirement), and comply with legal obligations.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
03Email and SMS marketing
When you join our list — for example by unlocking a first-order code with your email and mobile number — you consent to receive occasional marketing messages from us by email and, where you provided a number, by SMS. Message frequency is low (typically a few per month), and message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can leave at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or contact us directly. Transactional messages about your orders are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the store, and only for that purpose:
- Payment processors, to handle transactions.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders.
- Email and SMS platforms, to send the messages described above.
- Professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights and prevent fraud.
05Cookies and local storage
This site keeps a small amount of data in your own browser rather than on our servers: your age-gate confirmation for the current visit, the contents of your cart, any promo code you've applied, and whether you've unlocked the first-order offer. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Browser signals such as "Do Not Track" and the Global Privacy Control are designed to opt you out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising in the first place, every visitor already gets the treatment those signals request.
06Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account information is kept while your account is active and removed on verified request, except where we're required to retain it.
07Your choices and state privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and we will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon, among a growing list), you additionally have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, and the categories of sources and recipients; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions; data portability — a copy of your information in a usable format; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which, as stated throughout this policy, we do not do.
To exercise any right, email the address below. You may use an authorized agent if you provide signed permission and we can verify your identity. If we decline a request, we'll explain why, and where state law provides an appeal process, we'll tell you how to use it. We will never discriminate against you — in price, service, or otherwise — for exercising a privacy right.
08Age requirement
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
09Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold — encrypted connections, minimal data collection, and access limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the store evolves — for example when we connect new service providers. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
